33kV & 11kV VCB Switchgear

Indoor metal-clad and outdoor kiosk-type Vacuum Circuit Breaker (VCB) panels fitted with certified Schneider, ABB, or Siemens vacuum interrupters.

Power & Distribution Transformers

Supply and erection of oil-immersed ONAN/ONAF transformers (up to 25 MVA) and cast resin dry-type units with off-circuit or on-load tap changers (OLTC).

Numerical Protection & Relaying

Advanced microprocessor overcurrent, earth fault, differential, Buchholz, and master trip relays ensuring instantaneous fault isolation.

Earthing & Lightning Protection

Complete low-resistance copper earthing grid design (mesh and deep bored earth electrodes) achieving sub-1-ohm ground resistance and ESE lightning protection.

HT Cable Termination & Busbars

High-grade electrolytic copper busbars (99.99% purity), heat-shrinkable Raychem/3M cable terminations, and reinforced concrete cable trench construction.

Transformer plinth engineering, blast-proof firewall construction, oil sump drainage pits, and pre-commissioning dielectric breakdown tests.
